Refund policy

All dress purchases are considered final. Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.

Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection are not accepted.

Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery only if the item received is different from the order placed or any item is missing from the order. Delivery charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Dresses that have been worn, even once, are not eligible for return or exchange.
